The platform includes AI-driven tools for text composition, ideation, task management, collaboration, and analytics. We continuously update features to improve accuracy and performance. However, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or require human review — you retain full responsibility for decisions made based on our Service.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain its confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: reverse engineering or extracting source code; using automated scripts to overload infrastructure; uploading malicious code, illegal content, or material that infringes intellectual property; attempting to bypass security measures; using the Service for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenQSet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, during the three months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this may not apply to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies; you assume full responsibility for verifying results before reliance.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or any reason that compromises platform integrity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction there.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
